Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-12 month warranty on all new, second-hand and exchange material.
If you have any problems during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service.

REPAIR, REPLACE, RETURN

We will first attempt to repair the part, and if this is not possible we willl attempt to offer a replacement part. If this too is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.

NEW PARTS

All new products supplied by us are subject to the warranty terms and conditions of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).

In no event shall we be held responsible for damages, except for real damages. In this case liability shall be up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us. GIT shall not be held responsible for any consequential or indirect damages, or for the loss of the part.

USED ​​PARTS AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE

Unless noted otherwise, all used parts and exchange products are in good condition and covered by our warranty ranging between 6 and 12 months. If the item is no longer covered by the warranty, consult us for its possible repair or replacement.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the same defective product, at our discretion. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, an amount equal to the sum you originally paid shall be refunded.

In no event will we be held responsible for any indirect damage (i.e. misuse, improper installation or physical damage). If the repair work covered by the warranty turns out to be economically superior to the price paid, GIT will not bear the costs. However, an alternative solution will be sought (i.e. refund or the provision of another part).

REPAIRS

Unless noted otherwise, all the products repaired by us are guaranteed to be free from defects and functional, and covered by our 6 month warranty. If the item is covered by the warranty, please return it for a free replacement or repair.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the same defective product, at our discretion. If we consider that the product can not be repaired, we will refund the initial cost of the repair work performed.
